This is a friend's Sporting... One evening, he was waiting alone at a stoplight, in the center lane when it happened: A frantic Punto GT coming too fast hit him from behind, dead center... Fortunately for both drivers, noone was harmed... My friend saw the Punto coming in his rearview mirror, released the brakes and tried to start... It was too late... The Punto hit him dead center and threw him around 30 meters away!
Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts, and the Punto's airbag popped open... The Sporting driver did rub his head very lightly against the front door A-beam...
