here, Father Goumenis places the wedding rings, during the ceremony, to the newlyweds' hands.

...then he blessed them, in the name of The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost.

Then it was time for Anthony, the best man, to switch the wedding rings to the couple's fingers, as the priests sing the blessings.

The next step is when Father Paulson placed the wedding stefana (crowns) on the heads of the couple.

This is the most important part of the wedding ceremony, as the maid of honor, Georgia, exchanges the wedding stefana on the newlyweds' heads three times.

The couple wears the crowns until the end of the ceremony, symbolizing the divine unison of man and woman, with the holy tying of the Orthodox Christian wedding.
The wedding itself was a very nice ceremony, and all blessings were sang in both english and greek, at the same time.
...some asked where was I in all these pics... here I am! The semi-official photographer!!! ;-))
