A '50's Racing BMW in 1/9 scale

This guy never ceases to amaze me!
This time he has sent me this beautiful 1/9 BMW pictures! A '50's racing motorcycle, "converted" from a Protar 1/9 kit. Please note that all the kit's parts were modified or scratchbuilt, except for the fuel tank, the saddle and the engine body!

Let me introduce you to Mr. Manuele Villa...
He is an avid motorcycle model fan! This is the obvious. However, he has been a regular contributor to the Italian motorcycle magazine "LaMoto", for years. His contributions? Motorcycle models, of course! The pictures seen in these pages, are scanned by him from the original articles, published in the past years in "La Moto" magazine. If you can get older copies of the magazine, you will enjoy the full articles, as well uncompromised image quality, along with a more detailed description and comments.
